You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage technical aspects of the manufacturing process, and be a critical link between internal teams and customer technical departments.Serve as the technical lead on all products produced at the site.Develop and optimise process routes ensuring full compliance with customer requirements.Investigate and resolve product or process non-conformities and feed findings back into process improvement initiatives.Review and assess new customer specifications for manufacturing capability.Act as a key representative of the Business Management System, driving improvements and adherence throughout operations.Liaise with customer technical departments regarding process changes and approvals.Identify and implement ..... full job details .....
