About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Barrhead , working solely within a 24-hour service focusing on the support of one man .

This service is part of Renfrewshire Supported Living Initiative (RSLI) and is fully funded to provide tailored, person-centred care.

You’ll work 39 hours per week in a balanced role: around 50% providing direct support (including sleepovers) and 50% carrying out administrative and leadership duties .

Unlike many senior roles, your focus won’t be spread across multiple services— you’ll be fully dedicated to this one individual and his established team , offering real continuity, connection, and purpose.

About the Man We Support The man you’ll support is 52 and full of personality—he loves everything to do with Christmas , is a huge fan of Marvel movies , listens to music every day, and never misses a chance to enjoy some good old WWF wrestling .

He has a learning disability and requires full support with all aspects of daily living , including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

He lives in his own home in Barrhead , and is supported 24/7 by a stable, experienced team.
