You will join their Application Support team, focusing on ERP and operational business systems - particularly the HR and Payroll modules within Agresso (Unit4 Business World).This is an exciting opportunity to support both day-to-day operations and ongoing project work, including upgrades and installations. You''ll play a key role in supporting business-critical systems, helping the organisation get the most out of their HR and Payroll platforms.This is a hybrid role and you would be required to work on average on site once a month.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert support across the Agresso HR and Payroll modules.Investigate and resolve system issues related to payroll processes, workflow definitions, flexi tables, and distribution rules.Build and manage system alerts (ideally using SQL - basic read/write capability highly desirable).Develop and deliver reports using built-in reporting tools and browser-based interfaces.Support project delivery work, including system upgrades and new module installations.Work collaboratively with the wider Business Systems and IT Support teams, helping to triage and resolve ..... full job details .....
