The school promotes a nurturing ethos where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning from an early age.

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting children within the Foundation Phase, helping to deliver engaging learning activities, providing emotional and academic support, and assisting with personal care where required to ensure pupils feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the school day.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with Early Years or Foundation Phase children

• A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young learners

• Experience providing personal care or willingness to do so

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
