Senior Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor Manchester£75,000 + Company Car / Allowance + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering high-value building services projects across the North West and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in major mechanical and electrical installations. The Role You will take full commercial responsibility for MandE packages from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing the commercial performance of mechanical and electrical projects Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting Valuations, variations, and change management Procurement of specialist MandE subcontract packages Risk and value management Producing monthly CVRs and financial reports Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners About You We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of building services and a solid commercial background.
