The roleAs Chef de partie, This is a small team within this cafe, you will work with the head chef and sous chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, With it being a cafe, you will work around areas of the kitchen and be multi skilled. You will prep the fridges and cook breakfast and lunches. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
