Behaviour Support Worker – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Immediate Start. The school supports children and young people aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, many who have faced trauma, present challenging behaviour or have early experiences of neglect.Responsibilities
Supporting and assisting students with behaviour and emotional regulation in and out of the classroom.Building positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and progress.Working collaboratively with teachers, educational therapists, and external professionals to deliver consistent support.Promoting positive behaviour strategies inside and outside the classroom.Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.Requirements / Qualifications
