Associate Director - Client and Agency Partners at JCDecaux UK. This role focuses on initiating and developing relationships with agency and client contacts to increase revenue and media share. May lead a team to deliver business growth and meet KPI targets.Responsibilities
Act as a JCDecaux ambassador to build senior relationships across planning, creative and digital teams within agencies to grow revenue.Develop knowledge of JCDecaux products and services, including systems and processes, and adopt Connect (CRM) to share updates with the wider business.Identify key sales opportunities with new and existing customers, including long-term partnerships, data-led strategies and tailored creative executions.Devise an annual strategy based on agency and client opportunities.Develop excellent UK market knowledge to understand advertisers’ objectives and where media can add value.Collaborate with partners to create offerings that address clients’ business challenges.Work with internal teams to share client knowledge and develop team workstreams.Create collateral for external presentation, including large-scale pitches.Support senior leaders in delivering custom content and proposals.Mentor and develop junior team members.Share knowledge of the media marketplace and digital ecosystems (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs).Explain complex processes such as Programmatic OOH with practical use-cases to aid revenue growth.Adhere to established business policies and governance.Identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events.A Little Bit About You

Experience with Tier One Media Agencies is essential; a relevant network is beneficial.Out of Home experience is an advantage.Understanding of the UK media market is an advantage.Experience using CRM systems to input data and generate reports is beneficial.Experience in a customer-focused or fast-paced environment is advantageous.Proven track record as a key contributor within successful teams and leadership experience.Ability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints.About JCDecaux and Equality
