Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Returns
Location: Wickford
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wickford for a Warehouse Operative to join their Returns Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with recent warehouse experience who is confident handling returned goods, carrying out quality checks, and communicating with customers/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing returned items in a timely and accurate manner
• Conducting quality checks and assessing product condition
• Updating records using warehouse management systems
• Communicating with clients via email and telephone regarding returns
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately

Requirements:

• Recent experience working within a warehouse environment (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
