ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Permit to Work coordinator to support operational activities within a major Oil and Gas company. 15 month contract - outside IR35 Based in Teeside. Key Responsibilities Deliver HSE inductions and training to ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules on siteConduct HSE inspections across internal teams and subcontractor activitiesMonitor and enforce compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) systemMaintain and update HSE procedures and task-specific reportsPromote HSE rules, standards, procedures and safety bulletins across siteEnsure risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) are prepared and adhered to during operationsVerify compliance of all equipment utilised on siteDevelop, monitor and report HSE KPIs for operational activitiesAssist in accident investigations, trend analysis and implementation of corrective actionsOversee control measures relating to hazardous materialsSupervise environmental aspects of site operations and support key personnelEssentials: 10-15 years'' experience as a PTW Officer or similar role within the Oil and Gas industryStrong working knowledge of Permit to Work systems in live operational environmentsProven experience delivering HSE training and conducting site inspectionsSolid understanding of UK HSE legislation and best practiceStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently in a contractor capacityDisclaimer:This vacancy is being advertised by ..... full job details .....
