Pre-Con Administrator role

We''re working with a Tier 1 Fit Out business, who are looking for a Pre-Construction Administrator to their growing team in Croydon. They deliver projects from -50,000 to -30 million within the commercial office, healthcare, education and leisure sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration, estimating administration, bid administration or document control who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a busy pre-construction team.

The Role

You''ll be providing administrative support to the Estimating and Proposals teams, helping ensure tenders and pre-construction projects run smoothly. The role is approximately 75% estimating administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being organised and working with multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing tender submissions and online portals.
• Document control, distribution and filing.
• Liaising with subcontractors and managing quotation enquiries.
• Maintaining project trackers and pre-construction records.
• Providing general administrative support to the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed within deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills & excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and working with project documentation.
