Interim Senior Commercial Manager - ICT

We''re looking for experienced Interim Senior Commercial Managers to support operational procurement across the ICT category, managing high-value tenders and delivering commercial outcomes in a fast-paced public sector environment.Key responsibilities:Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities across products and services.Manage high-value tenders using Open Procedures and CCS framework mini-competitions.Oversee multiple procurements at different stages of the lifecycle.Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective commercial delivery.Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.Support procurement across networks, infrastructure and SaaS.Essential experience:Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT.Strong track record delivering high-value tenders.Knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience desirable.Procurement Act 2023 training completed or willingness to undertake it.Contract details:Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Hybrid - 40% office-basedRate: 590 per day UmbrellaIR35: Inside IR35Clearance: BPSS, with Parliamentary CTC clearance required before ..... full job details .....
