We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.
• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding.
• Undertaking general building services maintenance.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients.

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

• Salary of £46,000 per annum.
• Company van provided.
• Fuel card provided.
• 1 in 6 call-out rota.
• £150 standby payment for being on call.
