You will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives and be involved in every aspect of the warehouse operations, from receiving shipments to picking and packing orders. This role requires a hands-on approach, with 80% of your time spent on the warehouse floor and 20% handling office-based tasks. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
