About the role Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join our Lower Thames Crossing project. What you''ll be doing As an Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with to providing engineering and design management, strong leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising engineering resources at project level. Appraises improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriate Supports the Quality team to ensure compliance with the specifications is achieved Contributes to weekly senior managers meetings to review strategic performance on site Continually reviews the design to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies that l improve productivity and provide cost savings.
