This role is essential in promoting independence, fostering social connections, and helping individuals lead meaningful lives on their own terms.Who Will You Support?You will be working with young men with Autism who require support tailored to their unique needs. To be part of this team, you must have experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, as well as a strong understanding of complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support.
