Salary: andpound;33,075 to andpound;50,471 depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring pupils to reach their full potential across the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a designated class across the primary phase, planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
• Track and assess pupil progress using a variety of formative and summative strategies
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values and ethos
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

Qualifications andamp; Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting
• A secure understanding of the UK primary curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to pupil achievement, development, and wellbeing
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
