The ideal Chef de Partie must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections, train junior members of staff, and have some knowledge of GPs and hygiene legislation.You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
