JOB TITLE: Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer

SALARY: -45 - -50k (dependent on experience)r+ van/fuel card + overtime, healthcare

LOCATION: Herts, Beds, Bucks & North London

JOB INFORMATION -Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer - Service & Maintenance

• You will work on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning /HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as pubs/restaurants, retailers, hotels, etc.
• As a Air Conditioning Engineer /HVAC Engineer you would carry out trouble shooting and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRV''s, VRF''s, Splits, AHU''s, FCU''s.
• This is mostly a HVAC role but our client is also willing to develop the successful candidate onto referigeration if they so wish. This is currently sub''d out.
• Covering in and around the northern homes counties and some parts of London area.
• Overtime is available and plentiful.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer - Service & Maintenance

• Good customer services skills well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ
• As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously
• Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range appliances is a must however our client will develop the successful candidate in new areas where required.
