Teaching Assistant - SEMH and Behaviour Support (Male Students)Pinner Long-term Term time only 5 days a weekWe''re looking for a Teaching Assistant to support male students with SEMH and behavioural needs in a specialist school setting in Pinner.The school is an all through school for children aged 4-19 with severe, profound and multiple learning disabilities, including autism, physical, sensory, and complex needs. Staff work closely together to create a calm, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, supported and understood.This is a long-term role, 5 days a week, term time only, ideal for someone who values routine, relationship-building and making a genuine difference over time.The role:Supporting male students with SEMH and challenging behaviourImplementing behaviour plans, routines and strategiesProviding calm, consistent support throughout the school dayWorking closely with teaching staff and senior leadersWe''re looking for someone who is:Calm, organised and resilientConsistent and confident with boundariesComfortable supporting behaviour and de-escalationAble to follow structured routines and behaviour plansPatient, reliable and committed to a long-term placementDesirable (but not essential):Team-Teach training or similar behaviour management trainingRequirements:Child and Adult DBS on the Update ServiceTwo professional referencesExperience supporting SEMH and behaviour (school or similar setting)This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in ..... full job details .....
