You''ll join a collaborative and driven team, reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager and working closely with the wider marketing and customer service teams.Key responsibilities:Monitor and analyse user behaviour using GA4, Metorik, heatmaps and marketplace analytics to identify conversion opportunitiesEvaluate product and website data including sales funnels, cart abandonment, and customer journeysManage day-to-day website content and trading activity through WooCommerce and associated pluginsSupport the rollout of new content and functionality across the websiteMaintain PPC advertising across eCommerce marketplacesOwn and manage eCommerce-related projectsCollaborate with customer service to resolve website-related queriesShare insights on industry trends, competitors, and marketing landscapeRequirements Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment is highly desirable.
