A FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Warehouse Manager to koin thier supply chain team. Salary £45,000 to £50,000 plus BenefitsWhat You Will Do

Champion and promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all warehouse activities align with established safety guidelines.Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.Oversee the receiving of goods from suppliers, ensuring timely unloading, inspection, and storage.Manage shipping operations to guarantee on-time delivery to customers and internal departments, while ensuring all shipping documentation complies with regulations.Analyse current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance space utilisation.Coordinate waste management activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and exploring reusable packaging streams with suppliers and customers.What You Will Bring

A proven track record of managing warehouse or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP or Syteline.Strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.Experience in people management and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Familiarity with lean principles and an understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.Location
