They must be confident, with strong ability to think on their feet in order to manage the client and close sales.Starting in the sales office, the role will initially focus on sales calls, booking demos for a new and exciting range of products and building rapport and winning orders from smaller clients. The role will develop into a full Sales Executive role with a focus on driving new business for the company within 24 months depending on the individual s progression.Full training plan will be given on both technical elements in the business and sales skills, including shadowing more senior staff.
