The Role We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to focus primarily on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) contracts. You''ll be instrumental in the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from bid and negotiation through to contract execution and close-out. This dynamic position requires you to: Develop and lead the submission of compelling quotations for Maintenance activities. Draft and negotiate robust contract agreements and manage amendments, acting as the primary commercial point of contact. Manage the full execution of MRO contracts , ensuring strict adherence to internal standards and compliance. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and other Airbus entities. Report on contractual performance and actively contribute to continuous improvement in commercial methodology.
