ABOUT THE ROLE As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple structural packages from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will be responsible (but not limited to) Managing and oversee multiple contracts, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor and report on progress, budgets, and contractual obligations. Lead pre-start meetings, progress meetings, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to across sites.
