HR Operations Manager

If so, then please read on An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated HR professional to join our clients team based in Oxfordshire. This role is to join a thriving secondary school and to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. This position is fully based onsite within term time, participating in team meetings, events and learning development sessions. Your focus will be on managing HR administration, including recruitment, inductions, absence management and payroll. You will oversee ER casework whilst ensuring all HR processes align with Trust policy and statutory guidelines. You will also report to the headteacher for operational requirements. You will liaise with the central HR team and provide HR related advice and support to other staff. Over time, you may have the opportunity to support other schools within the Trust.
