IT Support Analyst London Hybrid Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing, internationally recognised consumer brand to find an IT Support Analyst to join their global technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience who wants to develop their career in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What you''ll be doing: Providing 1st line IT support to users across a global business Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, devices, hardware and software Managing joiners, movers and leavers processes Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through to completion Maintaining IT asset and licence records Working with senior stakeholders, including executive-level users Identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous service improvement What we''re looking for: Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk role Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) Experience supporting Azure AD / Entra ID environments Device management, software deployment and troubleshooting experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar are advantageous What''s on offer: Hybrid working model Outstanding training and development opportunities Exposure to modern SaaS platforms and emerging technologies including AI ..... full job details .....
