A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically strong, qualified accountant to join a leading, multi-award-winning Entertainment Group as a Financial/Group Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of Group accounting, statutory reporting, compliance and taxation across a fast-growing, creative business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and genuinely friendly finance team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role would suit a candidate who trained within a top-tier accountancy practice and who ideally has experience of working with Media, Entertainment or other creative clients and is looking to make their move into industry. Some post-qualification experience within a Media, Entertainment or Creative company would be preferred. However, strong recently qualified CA/ACA (Practice) candidates without the relevant Entertainment/TV/Film sector experience (1-2 years'' PQE) who has already made the move into industry doing a similar role and a desire to work within TV/Entertainment will also be considered. You will need to be technically confident, with a strong understanding of Group consolidations, statutory reporting and financial controls.
