Duties: Updating and posting job descriptions for vacancies to meet client''s requirements Being the first point of contact for any recruitment queries or issues on the site Maintaining applications Screening and collating documents from candidates to maintain a smooth and responsive process Coordinating all interviews with candidates, line managers and the senior management team Building positive internal relationships to better understand and approach the needs of each team Assisting HR team with onboarding, training and other projects to support the wider business Supporting permanent and temporary employees, monitoring their attendance and performance Full Administration (payroll, data input, preparing employment letters, references, personal data) The person: - The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills - You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first - A resilient, driven and flexible approach You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential - You will have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customers - You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers ..... full job details .....
