IT Support Analyst

Overview
Enra Specialist Finance is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for all IT-related calls, emails, and tickets from staff. In this role, you’ll provide efficient support, resolve technical issues, and ensure colleagues across the business have the tools and assistance they need to work effectively.Responsibilities
1st line support - troubleshooting IT-related problems from software to hardware, such as laptops, mobiles and printers.Administer Active Directory - creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and creating groups.Maintaining an Asset Database and tracking changes.Troubleshoot basic network issues.Escalate unresolved issues to senior members of the team.Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.Arrange external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.Skills and Competencies
Excellent organisational skills.Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.Knowledge and Qualifications
User and Security Group Active Directory administration.Windows and Mac Operating Systems support.Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes
