Deliver the highest level of service for the client; answer queries and oversee planned PPM and compliance works; keep the client informed of site activities.Assist contractors and sub-contractors; ensure compliance with all statutory obligations; complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.Maintain a flexible approach to working hours; pro-active and positive; prioritise your own workload while assisting other engineers and staff as required.Qualifications and Requirements

City and Guilds level qualification or equivalent, with experience in maintenance or facilities management.Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and building statutory compliance; ability to apply to the role.Physical ability to carry tools and equipment up to 20 kg, ability to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, and work at heights.Available to join a call-out rota; full UK driving license.Benefits
