This exciting opportunity can be based in Bath or Bristol, with opportunities to work closely with Partners and fee earners at their other offices. You''ll be joining our busy and dedicated team to look after existing clients, and supporting with business development activities across the Bath region, to drive delivery of their growth strategy. The Private Client team has a significant regional presence and supports a diverse client base.Your new roleDay to day, you will have a varied caseload, including:Providing tax and estate planning advice to a broad range of clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth clientsWorking closely with a range of clients including farmers and business owners on succession planningManaging complex probate and estate administration mattersAdvising on creation, restructuring and winding up of trustsProviding advice on Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as Court of Protection matters.What you''ll need to succeedYou''ll be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant experience including:Tax and estate planning, advising a broad range of clients including knowledge of high net worth and ultra-high net worth ..... full job details .....
