This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional with strong 3, 4 and 5 axis milling experience to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking engineering environment. The Role You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and production targets. Working within a structured manufacturing environment, you''ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement. Key aspects of the role include: Setting and operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines Working with Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CNC programmes Adjusting offsets and troubleshooting machining issues Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects Deburring and finishing precision components Using internal systems to track materials and job progress Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities Performing routine maintenance and ensuring machines are kept clean and safe Working collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines We''re keen to speak with candidates who have: A relevant engineering qualification or ..... full job details .....
