7.5 TONNE DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED NEW PASSES ACCEPTED Steer Staffing are currently recruiting for 7.5 tonne Delivery Drivers, to join a distribution and delivery company based in Tilbury You will be delivering customers orders to their houses and office sites, working with a Drivers Mate to support you on all deliveries and route plans are put together for your daily, along with you vehicle been loaded with the products. The shifts are 5 days on and 3 days off, the days will be on a rota basis, with two 30-minute breaks, morning, and afternoon. A DBS check will be required for this role. The duties of the 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver include: Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time Installing a range of various products for the customers Following a delivery route Pre calling customers before arrival Filling in paperwork as and when required Removing all packaging from each delivery The ideal 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver will have: Experience within a similar role (preferred) New passes are accepted No more than six penalty points on driving licence A passion for delivering great customer service The ability to handle heavy goods A clean DBS The hours of work for the 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver are 5 days on 3 days off, the working days cover any 5 over Monday Sunday, you must be available to work between the hours of 6.30am 6.30pm.
