Senior Contract Manager - Building Services / Gas / HVAC - East Hertfordshire East Hertfordshire 65,000 - 75,000 + Company VehicleMonday to Friday - 40 hours per weekFull time office position based in East Hertfordshire office with customer/site travel as and when requiredAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contract Manager / Senior Contract and Technical Manager to join a leading specialist facilities management and building services company.This is a senior position with responsibility for managing a portfolio of technical contracts, ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving agreed contractual and operational requirements.The ideal candidate will have significant Contract Management experience, ideally gained within facilities management, building services, MandE, mechanical engineering, HVAC or a similar technical environment.A strong technical background is important, with experience of commercial plant and plant rooms particularly advantageous. Candidates may come from a commercial gas, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, MandE or broader building-services background.A commercial gas or heating background would be highly beneficial, and relevant ACS qualifications would be an advantage.
