Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.Support managers with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.Assist with investigations and formal HR processes.Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.Coach and develop managers to build confidence in people management practices.Maintain HR records, systems and documentation.Coordinate leaver and exit processes.Support learning and development activities across the business.Produce HR reports and analyse people data to support decision-making.
