Production OperativePertemps are currently recruiting for a skilled Production Operative to join a dynamic engineering company based in Basingstoke. Our client is looking for a candidate with a keen attention to detail to join their team and grow within their fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Assembly and packing of machinery- Cleaning and conditioning of machinery parts- carrying out quality checks on machines once assembled- Assembly of spare parts and stock items- Assist with quality and computer factory acceptance checks- Maintain a clean and organised workspaceRequirments for this role:- Previous experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment- Proven ability to read and understand engineering drawings.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.- Good time keeping and physically fit for lifting.- Clean driving licenseThe Production Operative role:- Salary of 27,000 per annum depending on experience- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm- Medical cash planIf you are interested in this Production Operative position, please apply below or get in contact with Jemma at Pertemps. ..... full job details .....
