We are looking for an experienced, creative and visionary Broadcasting Director to join our Executive team. As Broadcasting Director, you will know how to inspire and lead others in fulfilling UCB''s broadcasting vision. You will already have experience in shaping strategy that expands audience engagement, deepens impact and strengthens reputation. This role will involve influencing a commitment to excellence across radio and digital platforms, including UCB Player, podcasts, video, and social media, ensuring every broadcast reflects UCB''s mission and core values. Our ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of broadcasting trends and the protocols that regulate them.
