This role is essential in ensuring tender submissions are commercially competitive and technically robust.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret mechanical design information to produce accurate cost assessments.Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative materials or methodologies.Participate in tender review meetings and support bid submissions.Update cost databases and maintain estimating tools to ensure accurate future pricing.About YouYou are an experienced mechanical estimating professional with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
