We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join an ambitious and growing business. This is a varied, hands-on role covering management accounts, financial analysis and balance sheet control, alongside oversight of wider day-to-day finance processes. You''ll be someone who enjoys getting behind the numbers, improving processes and playing an active role within the wider finance function. Complete month-end reconciliations, supporting schedules and financial analysis. Review performance against expectations, investigating variances and trends and liaising with teams across the business. Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and ensure appropriate financial controls are in place. Produce and develop management information and reporting to support business decision-making. Provide additional financial analysis and reporting to the Finance team and wider business when required. Manage fixed assets, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
