Job Description:
andbull; Deliver engaging and differentiated Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, in line with the national curriculum and exam board specifications (e.g. AQA, Edexcel)
andbull; Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages analytical thinking, creativity, and independent learning
andbull; Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform planning
andbull; Support students in developing real-world business acumen and transferable skills
andbull; Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enterprise initiatives, enrichment activities, and careers events
The Ideal Candidate Will:
andbull; Have experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and/or A-Level (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
andbull; Be a reflective and innovative practitioner with strong classroom management skills
andbull; Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
andbull; Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
andbull; Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development and collaborative working
