Freelance Site Manager - Industrial Project

We''re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead a 10-week industrial fit-out project in Aberdeen.

This project involves the installation of an internal racking system, alongside associated M&E works, security systems, and lighting upgrades.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a fast-paced industrial scheme, with potential for future work across a strong project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full site management and coordination of trades

• Overseeing installation of warehouse racking systems and M&E packages

• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations

• Managing programme timelines and reporting progress

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Quality control and completion of snagging

• Proven experience on industrial/warehouse fit-out or refurbishment projects

• CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certifications

• Comfortable with some client interaction
