On behalf of the Department for Business and Trade, we are looking for a Power Platform Specialist (Inside IR35) for a 12 Month hybrid contract based up to 2 days per week in any DBT office in the UK. An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing andamp; eligible to undergo checks. (Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.) We have an immediate need for a Power Platform Specialist to work on the Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, (BIST), Machinery of Government, (MoG), change and/or to support or supplement teams where existing specialists need to be diverted on to MoG work. The BIST MoG is due to start its discovery phase in October 2026, with delivery in 2028. This is a time-critical activity to establish the evidence needed to support future decisions about service transitions, operating models, people impacts, technology migration and delivery planning. Responsibilities. Assess fDSIT Power Platform solutions against BIST Power Platform standards and provide reports on readiness for migration..
