About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you will play a key part in supporting the Head Chef and the wider Food and Beverage team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

- Support and develop kitchen operations for increased efficiency and quality.

- Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.

- Ensure all food stock is correctly ordered, managed, and rotated.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team on menu planning and execution.

- Uphold all kitchen health and safety standards at all times.

What We''re Looking For:- Proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
