PROJECT MANAGERCarbon60 is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support technical MandE investigations, remediation, and closeout activities across complex facilities in Oxfordshire.ROLE: Project Manager - MandE / Building ServicesPAY RATE: NegotiableCONTRACT TYPE: May - September 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Oxfordshire, UK THE ROLE:The successful candidate will act as a technical MandE Project Manager focused on investigating, validating, and resolving legacy system issues across complex facilities.The role requires a hands-on and technically confident individual who can coordinate between operations teams, clients, and specialist subcontractors to drive investigations and remedial actions through to completion.The Project Manager will be site-based 5 days per week, working proactively to support client needs while managing highly varied technical and operational challenges across complex MandE systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct technical investigations across systems including fire alarms, electrical infrastructure, compressors, freezers, water, and air systemsReview commissioning records, OandM manuals, test results, and drawings to identify gaps and corrective actionsLead root-cause analysis activities and present findings and recommendations to stakeholdersCoordinate recommissioning, testing, repairs, and remedial works with subcontractors and specialistsAct as the key point of contact between client, operations teams, and contractorsSupport project ..... full job details .....
