What the job will be doing • Deliver professional building surveying services including pre-acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, and project management. • Work on a range of exciting projects including refurbishments, industrial developments, roof and cladding replacements, and fund monitoring. • Support senior team members on large-scale projects while taking ownership of smaller instructions. • Provide expert advice to clients and build lasting relationships across a wide range of sectors. • Receive mentoring and guidance from experienced leaders to support APC progression and continued professional growth.
