What You''ll Be Doing Installing Polysafe safety flooring and carrying out cap and cove installations for wet rooms. Installing, repairing, and maintaining a range of flooring types including: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of finish, safety, and customer satisfaction. Working independently and as part of a wider responsive repairs team. Undertaking additional multi-trade works including: Basic plumbing repairs Carpentry repairs and installations Patch plastering and making good Damp-proofing works General maintenance tasks as required Maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety procedures at all times. What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Floor Layer within domestic, maintenance, or social housing environments.
