KYN BICKLEY is an 86-bedroom home offering each resident an elegant and comfortable bedroom, communal areas for dining and reclining; and inviting outdoor terraces overlooking landscaped gardens bordered by woodland. We have a further three care homes in development in London.About the opportunityAs a BANK Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and consistently delivering an exceptional catering experience for our residents and their familiesProviding room service, restaurant, and bar service to our residents and guests in line with KYNs exceptional standards including preparing meal trays, delivering refreshments, and removing trays following mealsEnsuring high standards of cleanliness and best practices are always maintained and that health and safety, compliance and procedures are adhered toEnsuring that residents and relatives dietary requirements are catered forReporting any complaints to the Head Chef/Hospitality Manager at the earliest convenienceEnsuring that all rules and regulations concerning serving food and beverages are strictly complied withCreating a nurturing environment where our residents and their family members feel loved, happy, safe, and secureEnsuring that all alcohol is served responsibly and to adhere to the terms of the premises licenceAbout youYou will have experience of working within a similar hospitality venueYou will be a professional, who understands the importance of delivering and maintaining high standards
