Production Team Leader Location: Crayford Salary: GBP34,000 - GBP35,000 per year Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4pm. Fridays, 7am - 11.15am. Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader: Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements Ensure all records are completed appropriately. Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised. Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities Manage work order closures (scanning where applicable) Manage picking to your area - ensure prior day line loading is adhered to by the pickers/stores. Identify training and development needs to management.
