About The Role We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to undertake plumbing, maintenance and associated multi-trade works across assigned properties throughout London and Kent. You will be responsible for completing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring all works meet programme requirements, quality standards and client specifications. Working closely with the wider delivery team, Plumber Multi-Trade Operative you will take responsibility for completing planned and reactive works, identifying defects, carrying out repairs and supporting wider property maintenance and refurbishment activities where required. As a skilled site-based operative, you will be accountable for the quality of your workmanship, health and safety, housekeeping and professional conduct when working in occupied properties. Your role will be key in ensuring works are completed right-first-time and with minimal disruption to residents. Hours: 40 hours per week.
